Obituary of Dennis Charles Edwards

EDWARDS, Dennis In loving memory of Dennis Charles Edwards who passed away peacefully at Metropolitan Hospital, with his loving family by his side, on Sunday, November 6, 2016 just after celebrating his 89th birthday. Predeceased by his wife Clara Edwards (Harrison, 2000), sons Brad Edwards (1953) and Terry Edwards (1967). Dennis was the loving father of Dan (Diana) Edwards, Gail (Ken) Laporte, Brad (Renee) Edwards, David (Sue) Edwards, Denise Laporte, Gary (Jackie) Edwards, Debbie (late Doug) Pillon, Perry Edwards and partner Chuck. Proud grandfather of 16, great-grandfather of 22 and great-great grandfather of 5. We would like to thank the Hudson Manor and Village of St. Clair for the excellent care our father received. We would also like to extend a thank you to the staff at Metropolitan Hospital Cancer Ward. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral service from the funeral home Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Memorial donations to Windsor Essex County Cancer Centre Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association appreciated.
