Obituary of Irvin Reaume

REAUME, Irvin

87 years, of Jeannette's Creek, passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at CKHA on Sunday, March 1, 2020. Beloved husband of Dola (nee Farr) for 59 years. Loving father of Kevin Reaume and Gary (Shari) Reaume. Cherished grandpa of Elise (Matt) Hussey, Andrew Reaume(Tammy), Daniel Reaume, Luke Reaume, and Abby Reaume. Great-grandfather of 4 great-grandchildren. Brother of the late Claudia (late Jim) Laevens, Ann (Larry) Stewart, and Elizabeth "Libby" (Luc) Gagnier. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Irvin farmed his entire life in Jeannette's Creek, being the 5th generation to farm the family farm. In his retirement he enjoyed many trips to Florida, cruises, and spending time with family and friends. He was a lifelong member of the Tilbury Knights of Columbus Council 2356. Cremation has taken place. Respecting Irvin's wishes there will be no visitation or Funeral Service. The celebration of life on April 25th has been cancelled and will be re-scheduled at a later date. Memorial donations to the Tilbury Information and Help Centre or Chatham-Kent Hospice appreciated.
