COWAN, Harlon Lee

88 years, of Tilbury East, passed away on Friday April 17, 2020 at Riverview Gardens, Chatham.  Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (nee Gardiner) Cowan (2018).  Loving father of Gary (Becky) Cowan, Karen (Bill) Marvin, and Todd (Jill) Cowan.  Dearest pupa to Jeremy (Naomi) Cowan, Cory (Erin) Cowan, Chad (Cindy) Foster, Ryan (Denise) Foster, Janis Foster, Melissa (Nathan Huard), Brittany, Luke and Cassandra Cowan and step-pupa to Jessie, Rodney, and Andrea.
