Obituary of Robert Clare Renwick

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Robert in his 91st year at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on September 20, 2020.  Devoted spouse of Alwilda (Mellow) for 67 years.  Cherished father of son Brian (Mary Ellen Carlyle) Renwick and daughter Beverlea (Graham) Oag.  Proud grandfather of Robbie & Jamie Rose Renwick and Daniel and David Oag.  Also survived by his sister Lila (late Mark) McFadden.  Brother-in-law of Wilda (late Harold) Renwick, late Retta (surviving husband William M.)  Lumley.  Predeceased by parents Ernest & Iva (Davis) Renwick.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Bob was involved with the Minor Baseball teams at Valetta, Tilbury, Comber, and Staples.  He was an umpire for the Ladies Lob ball and a coach and referee for Minor Hockey.  He loved tours, RVing, and square dancing.  He was a member of the AOTS, his churches and the Maple Leaf Cemetery Board.  Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury, on Wednesday from 3-6 p.m.  "Due to COVID-19 you must register for a time to come for visitation"  To register please visit the Visitation Sign Up page or call 519-682-0110 between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.   A private interment service will be held at a later date at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Tilbury.  Donations can be made to Sleeping Children Around the WorldChatham-Kent Hospice or Comber St. Andrew's United Church.
