Obituary of David Matthew Norman Gagnier

GAGNIER, David Matthew Norman,

passed away suddenly on November 10, 2023 in Edmonton, Alberta.  Beloved son of the late Norman Gagnier, surviving spouse Claire Gagnier and Sharon Thibert.  Loved brother of Susan Rivest (Greg Bartlett), Deanna (Phil) Rice, Mandy (Jim) Davidson and step-brother to Lenny (Sunny) Firman.  Dear nephew to Jeanne (Leonard) Renaud and cousin to Debbie Renaud, Diane Renaud and families.  He will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews, Joshua Rivest, Ethan Rivest, Curtis Rice, Evelyn 'Leo' Borovic, Quinn Davidson, Colin Firman and Jayden Davidson.  Great-uncle to Kaylie and Reece Rivest,

David loved hiking in the mountains of Alberta which gave him peace and joy.  He was a caretaker of plants, especially his Bonsai.   He will be dearly missed by all of those that loved him.  Cremation has taken place.  In lieu of flowers, donations to David's Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
