Obituary of Cecile Rachael Montpetit

MONTPETIT Cecile 1925-2021

Heaven has just embraced its newest angel. Cecile Montpetit (Dupuis), passed away peacefully on April 3, 2021, with her family by her side.  She was 95, born August 5, 1925.  The daughter of the late Wilfred and Marie-Louise Dupuis.  Beloved wife of the late Leo Montpetit (Chibby)(2005).  Loving mother of Susanne (Ron) Freeland and James "Petou" Montpetit.  Grandmother of Nicole (Jason) Bonish, Kyle (Marie-Pierre) Freeland and David (Dawn) Freeland.  Great-grandmother of Kain and Rya Bonish and Ben, Will, and Reg Freeland.  Cecile enjoyed playing cards, bingo, fishing and spending time with her family.  She will be sadly missed by all.  Rest in peace Mom, we love you forever and always.  Cremation has taken place with a celebration of life to be scheduled at a later date.
