It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our loving father and grand-papa of Pointe-aux-Roches on January 6, 2023 at the age of 91 years. Beloved husband of 62 years to the late Annette Lebert (née Comartin (2015)). Loving father of Jean-Paul Lebert, Jérôme (Tracy) Lebert and Joanne (Ian) Lebert. Wonderful and thoughtful grand-papa to Renée and Alexandre. Son of the late Alfred and Bertha Lebert. Son-in-law of the late Ernest and Monique (Miny) Comartin.
Dear brother of the late Edna (2022) (Raymond (2022)) Beaulieu, late Philippe Lebert (1954), Sister Marguerite Lebert, Madeleine (Wilfred (2020)) (René (1977)) Rivest, Cécile (Fernand (2018)) Bouvier, Bernard (Carmel) Lebert and Roger (Linda) Lebert. Dear brother-in-law of the late Léo (2006) (Rena (2008)) Comartin, Bernice (Don) Robert, late Wilfred (2018) (Lucille (2019)) Comartin, Marcel (Juliette (2014)) Comartin, Thérèse (Edward) Glasier, Gérald (Géraldine) Comartin. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Visitation and funeral mass to be held in the Spring of 2023. Thank you to the health professionals and personal support workers at Extendicare Nursing Home in Tecumseh for their compassion and care. In honour of Donat’s enduring and exemplary love for his dear wife, who passed away of cancer, memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation in lieu of flowers.
