Obituary of Shawna Lynn Beechie

May 6, 1967 - September 12, 2023

Shawna Lynn Beechie, 56, of Thamesville Ontario and formerly of Tilbury Ontario, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2023 with her family by her side at CKHA after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved mother of Amanda Beechie, dearest daughter of Beverly Beechie, and sister to Stephen Matta and Ken Beechie. Predeceased by her father Harry Beechie (2017), and her long time boyfriend, Dennis Want (2019). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and her fur-baby, Jax. Special thanks to the Nurses and staff at CKHA for their compassion and care. A special thank you to life long friend, Debbie Reaume, who was by her bedside until the end. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
