Obituary of Jules Dupuis

Dupuis, Peter Jule  (“Jules”)

It is with great sadness that the family of Jules Dupuis announce his passing at the age of 84 years on Sunday, November 19, 2023.   He is now reunited with the love of his life and wife of 46 years – Carol (nee Authier - 2011).  Loving father of Jason (Elaine) Dupuis and Jennifer (Mike) Kinny.  Proud Pepe to Sarah, Caden, Samantha, Rhys and Sawyer.  Cherished son of Peter (1977) and Alice (1999) Dupuis and son-in-law of Albert (1999) and Josephine (1999) Authier.  Dearest brother of Camille (Theresa) Dupuis, Rose (late Fred) Marchand, Pauline (late Amos) Lozon, late Mary Anne (Ken) Roy and Pat Robert.  Beloved brother-in-law of Jean (late Bill) Stover, late Jan (Ron) Graves, Raymond Authier, Gary Authier and Sharon (Paul) Houston; as well as uncle to many nieces and nephews.   

Jules was a very hard-working and dedicated farmer for many of his healthy years.  The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the caring and compassionate 2 East staff at Sun Parlor Home for Seniors (Leamington) and caregivers at Amy’s Helping Hands (Windsor). 

Visitation will take place at Reaume Funeral Home (6 Canal Street West, Tilbury) on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, from 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. and 6:00p.m. – 8:00p.m.. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home will continue on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at 10:00a.m., then to St. Francis Xavier Church (32 Canal Street West, Tilbury) for the funeral mass at 11:00a.m..  Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Tilbury.
