MOORE, Thomas Charles

Thomas Moore passed away peacefully at the Sun Parlor Home, Leamington on December 27, 2023.  He was 96 years old.

Reunited with his beloved wife Donna (Sept 2023) of 70 years.  Tom is survived by his sister Colleen (Doug) Ouellette, sisters-in-law Elfa (late Bud) Coulter and Maxine (late Jack) Lenover.  Loved uncle of Carolyn (Dean) Wilkinson, Dee-Ann (Neville) Jones, Linda Davis and Daryl Ouellette (Greg Jaillet).

Special thanks to the 2 South staff at the Sun Parlor Home where he received excellent care.  Their compassion during Tom's final days was heartfelt and appreciated.

Cremation has taken place and per Tom's wishes, no visitation will be held.
