93 years, of Stoney Point, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at Erie Shores Health Care, Leamington on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.  Beloved wife of the late Armand Roy (2002).  Loving mother of Doris (late Michel) Sauve, Ron (Sandy) Roy, Denise (Terry) Angstadt, Charlie (Mary) Roy, Joanne (Mike) Bisson, and Gisele (Tom) Roy-Davis.  Cherished mémé of Francine (Steven) Oerton, Eric (Melanie) Sauve, Melanie (Ryan) Pozzobon, Denielle (Andrew) Wells, Kristen (James) Souter, Brianne Roy (Jordan), Ian (Erin) Angstadt, Brian (Ashley) Angstadt, Lisa (Max) Waid, Christopher Roy (Mae), David (Rebecca) Roy, late Lindsay Bisson, Steven (Janeth) Bisson, Craig (Molly) Bisson, Andrew Sylvestre, Stephanie Sylvestre (Jeff) and 18 great-grandchildren.  Predeceased by her siblings; Henri, Normand, Stella, Rhéal, Emile, Fernand, Adrien, Léon, Hector, and Roland.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Family was the most important thing to Rita. She was an avid gardener who loved the outdoors.  Rita was a charter member of Visitation Parish C.W.L. and was actively involved in many church organizations and ministries for more than 50 years.    Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 6-8 p.m. and on Tuesday February 13, 2024 from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Visitation Parish Church, Comber.  Funeral Mass to commence at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Dwayne Adam celebrant.
