94 years of Tilbury, passed away at Riverview Gardens, on Sunday, February 25, 2024. Beloved husband for 72 years to Fern (nèe Taylor) Salive. Loving father of Marlene (William) Hasler, late Wayne Salive, late Joseph Salive, and Robert Salive. Cherished grandfather of Judy (Jeff) Myers, Jody (Dan) Bernier, Laura Salive, and Jessica Salive. Treasured great-grandfather of Jennah and Jared Myers and Nolan and Kenadi Bernier and Tholton Church. Dear brother of the late Francis (Grace) Salive, Pauline (Frederick) Heavens, George (Madeline) DeDauw, Norman (Lorraine) Salive, Louise (Arthur) Oriet, Pat (surviving Mary) Salive, Wilfred Salive, Raymond (Barb) Salive, and surviving Joe (surviving Joyce) Salive.
Also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Lawrence devotedly served the Tilbury Fire Department for over 30 years and proudly worked his way up to Deputy Chief. He also dedicated 30 years to Campers Cove. 

Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Tuesday February 27 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Fire Firefighters will be doing their Walk-through in Honor of Lawrence. A final Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 28 at 9:30- 10:45 a.m with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Tilbury.
