Obituary of Robert Frank VanDeven

65 years, of Comber, passed away surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.  Beloved husband of late Helen VanDeven (nee Hunt). 

Loving father of Tressa Galbraith (Matthew), Berton (Rae) Galbraith, Tom (Tina) VanDeven, Jason (Jennah) VanDeven, and Amanda (Jared) Rietdyk.  Cherished Opa of Ethan, Tate, Madelyn, Landon, Kayla, Jaxon, Jerek and Emersyn. 

Son of the late Gerardus and Justina (nee Verhoeven) VanDeven. Dear brother of Lucy (Mike), Tony, Gerry (Kim), Ron, and Judy (Joe). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his furry companion Boomer.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 30 2024 at the Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal Street West, Tilbury from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, on March 30 2024 with Interment to Maple Leaf Cemetery, Morris Road, Tilbury to follow. Donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice will be appreciated by the family.
