Gone but not forgotten. We will never forget the way Claude treated my mom and I. Claude had a warm heart and a lovely nature and always treated us with respect. A positive influence on me when I was young and stupid. I am now a Police Officer and we will never forget him. So sorry for your loss.

Having the opportunity to co-op with Chief Lacoursier was definitely a fond memory. He was an example of the type of officer that communities hope to have serve and protect them. You have my deepest condolences.

Our deepest sympathies Phyllis and kids. Claude will be missed deeply, as a friend, neighbour, police officer and a Great Man. He had a Great sense of humour, loved to talk to people. Oh the stories as the fun he had as an officer in Tilbury, Halloween and Devil's Night, back in the day when we had alot of mischeif makers, you had fun putting a damper on their fun. Now our nights on those nights are so quiet. Columbo when you solved many a unsolved cases in Tilbury on the time. You made us proud the day you became Cheif of Police too. Our street was proud to have you and your family on street as our neighbour and friend. Rest in peace Claude. The Moynahan Family Gerald, Susan, Christine, Matthew, David and Nathan. Love from All of Us.

Phyllis and family,
Claude was one of the nicest people I had the opportunity to work with both when he was a Constable and when he was Chief.
I will miss the jokes he used to send along to everyone via email. It would brighten my day.
Know you are in my thoughts.

My sympathies to Mr. Lacoursiere's family and friends. As a high school student in the mid 80's, I had the opportunity to "work" with the Chief during my co-op placement at the police department. I still hold fond memories of those times with the Chief, and the other officers.
