SLOAN, Eva (Gagnier) 90 years, of RR 1, Merlin, passed away at Tilbury Manor on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Robert Sloan (1993). Loving mother of Frank (Terrie Lynne) Sloan of RR 1, Merlin, Carol (Walter) McKenzie of Glace Bay, N.S., and Bill (Sherry) Sloan of RR 1, Merlin. Dearest grandmother of Michael (Donna) McKenzie, Kevin McKenzie, Robert Sloan (Adrienne), William Sloan, and great grandchildren Hope and Cole McKenzie, and Jade Sloan. Predeceased by parents Omer and Rose Marie (Labonte) Gagnier. Dear sister of the late Gerald Gagnier (surviving wife Ethel Atkinson), the late Bernice (surviving husband Robert Bear), the late Rosaire Gagnier (late wife Evelyn), the late Clarence Gagnier (surviving wife Mary). Dear sister-in-law of the late Blanche and Charles Grant. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Funeral service to commence at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jason Cartier officiating. Cremation to follow with interment service at Stewart Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to Alzheimer Society or Chatham-Kent Hospice appreciated.
