Smyth, Kevin “Kid Rock” 59 years, of Merlin, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2016 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Beloved husband of Sandra (nee Moynahan). Loving father of Vanessa (Eric) Steel and Melissa Smyth. Cherished Papa to Reagan and Autumn Steel. Dear son of the late Robert Smyth and surviving wife Barbara Crane (nee Lloyd). Brother of Sandra Cameron, Colleen Smyth and Janet (Roger) Sayer. Brother-in-law of Randy (Mary Jane) Moynahan, Patty (J.P.) Rondot, Debbie (Chuck) Atkinson, and Tim (Denise) Moynahan. Also missed by several nieces and nephews and many close friends and fans. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Memorial service at the funeral home on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Tilbury.
