Obituary of Katherine Elizabeth Dierckens

DIERCKENS, Katherine "Kathy" 50 years, of Tilbury, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. Loving daughter of the late Gary Dierckens (2001) and Janet (Sample) Dierckens (2000). Beloved sister of Cindy and husband Tim Cook of Coatsworth, Kim Dierckens of Tilbury, Ron Dierckens and friend Jodi Vincent of Windsor. Dearest aunt of Jeremy Cook and friend Natalie, Joseph Cook, Ashley Cook and friend Russel, Justin Libby, and MacKenzie Dierckens. Predeceased by grandparents Gerard (1969) and Uldene (1996) Dierckens, Floyd (1986) and Eva (2002) Sample. Kathy worked as a PSW at Bayshore Home Health, Chatham-Kent and was a member of Wheatley Optimist Club. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home, 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Funeral service from the funeral home Monday, September 12, 2011 at 10 a.m., then to St. Francis Xavier Church, Tilbury for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Erie Cemetery, Wheatley. Memorial donations to LHSF Gene Goodreau Patient Assistance Fund, Randy Atkinson Memorial Fund, or charity of choice appreciated.
