Obituary of Harold Arthur Want

WANT, Harold A.

After a long courageous battle, with cancer, Harold has passed away, at home, in Fletcher, with his family by his side, on Friday, May 24, 2019.  Harold was the son of the late Viola and John Want.  Beloved husband of the late Bonnie (nee Brown).  Loving father Harold Jr. (BO) and Carol Bryden, the late Robert, Mike and Tracy, Trisha and Josh McCann.  Brother of the late Ada (Mike) Wisenchuk, late Margerie (Jack) Malm, late John (Bernice), late Lloyd (Shirley), Gordon (Margaret), Doug, Ray (Kathy), Oliver (Carol), Delbert (Sarah), and Brien (Ron).  Also missed by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.  Harold will be dearly missed by his lady friend Rose Ryckman and his cat Nemo.  Harold retired from Arvin-Meritor formerly Rockwell, Tilbury after 35 years.  He enjoyed tinkering around in his garage and attending car shows.  Family and friends are invited to Reaume Funeral Home Inc., 6 Canal St. W., Tilbury from 3-5 and 7-9 pm on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.  As per Harold's wishes cremation will follow and a private family service will be held.  In lieu of flowers donations made in memory of Harold to the Randy Atkinson Memorial Fund or the Chatham-Kent Hospice would be appreciated.  Online condolences may be shared at www.reaumefh.com
